Demand for access to cultural organizations is up while funding is down
Arts organizations across Washington state recognize the current recession requires new thinking and leadership, planning, and adaptability. To better understand the impact of the recession, the Washington State Arts Commission (WSAC) and ArtsFund conducted parallel studies which together measured the effects of the recession on cultural organizations across Washington state.
