Seattle, WA – ArtsFund announced today that Steve Tremble has been appointed to the new position of Vice President of Development. “We are thrilled to welcome Steve to the ArtsFund team,” said ArtsFund President & CEO, Mari Horita. “His expertise in expanding donor communities and his extensive and diverse development experience will be great assets in leading and implementing ArtsFund’s development strategy.”

ArtsFund Board Chair, Sandy McDade added, “As we look towards our 50th anniversary, ArtsFund’s Board of Trustees is very pleased to add Steve’s solid experience to deepen our development capacity in the years to come.”

Horita continued, “In complement to the existing development team, the priority of this new position is to increase our fundraising capabilities and build new partnerships to expand ArtsFund’s impact, both through our grant making, as well as through investment in leadership and advocacy initiatives.”

Tremble said, “ArtsFund, as funder and advocate, has been nurturing the arts for decades and continues to explore new ways to set the conditions that allow the arts to thrive. With more than 20 years of experience in working with individual artists and arts organizations, it is a pleasure to join an organization dedicated to advancing the broader arts field, and in so doing, strengthening the community overall.”
