Recent social and environmental changes have dramatically shifted the cultural landscape, causing arts organizations worldwide to rethink their strategies for long-term sustainability, and creating opportunities to rethink approaches toward growing audiences. In this emergent landscape, it’s worthwhile to investigate models for success outside our own sector.

In this convening, moderated by Mari Horita, Sr. Vice President of Social Impact and Government Relations for the Seattle Kraken (and former ArtsFund President and CEO), you will hear from panelists Kendall Tyson, Sr. Vice President of Finance and Business Intelligence, Seattle Kraken, Gregg Greene, Vice President Marketing, Seattle Mariners, and Bill Chapin, Sr Vice President Sales & Service, Seattle Kraken, on their approach to fan engagement and audience development, and covering key considerations from strategy to practice.

Following the approximately hour-long presentation, an informal networking session will be open to all participants to discuss and share ideas over coffee and pastries.
