ArtsFund Passes $100 Million Granted with 2022 Grant Allocations
Thanks to ArtsFund’s generous annual campaign donors, 63 nonprofit arts and cultural organizations in King and Pierce counties received operating support grants totaling $2,112,900. With this allocation, ArtsFund surpassed a milestone of $100 million granted. ArtsFund has awarded $102,254,229 to over 650 arts and cultural nonprofits since its founding in 1969.

Commerce and ArtsFund Award Nearly $11 Million in Pandemic Relief to Washington Nonprofits
ArtsFund, in partnership with The Washington State Department of Commerce, will begin distributing $10.78 million in recovery grants to 702 nonprofits in 34 counties throughout the state this week. The Nonprofit Community Relief (NCR) grant program announced on May 3, 2021 was designed to provide critical funding to nonprofit arts, cultural, science, and heritage organizations; neighborhood associations; sports and recreation nonprofit groups; and veterans service organizations impacted by the pandemic.
2021–2023 Building For The Arts Capital Grant Program Receives $16 Million
ArtsFund announced today that on May 19, 2021 with the passage of the 2021-2023 biennium state capital budget, the Building for the Arts program was awarded $16 million, a receipt of the full funding requested for 21 capital projects across the state.

ArtsFund Releases Data on COVID-19 Impacts of Arts & Cultural Nonprofits
ArtsFund releases new data from a recent survey assessing the early impacts of COVID-19 on arts and cultural nonprofits in the Central Puget Sound Region. ArtsFund’s findings highlight the impacts to three key operational areas–finance, programming, and workforce–and offer data on both immediate and anticipated impacts.
